The Bill (Reg. No.0911) introduces amendments to Article 150 of the Land Code of Ukraine, which impose a ban on withdrawal of the territories that belong to nature reserves, unaffected biosphere reserves and national nature parks in public or municipal ownership for the construction of objects of national importance.
The Committee recommends that the Parliament cancels the resolution of 3 April 2007 regarding adoption of the Bill as a basis, and withdraws the Bill from consideration.
